The Army, Navy and Air Force and their officers have always fascinated children, so imagine their delight if they can spend a day at the National Defense Academy, the joint training institute for the Army, Navy and Air Force. Situated in the lush greens of Khadakwasla, about 20 km away from Pune, this is where dreams to become a soldier come true and where many  war heroes are born. It is always a great experience for children to visit the Academy.

The aircrafts in the hangar are truly an imposing sight sure to mesmerize kids. Walk around the Weapon Technology Park to see various weapon systems and equipment used during actual war-fare.  You may even feel the thumping of the soldier’s feet on the Parade Ground
